Cara uses trauma-informed, psychodynamic, and humanistic approaches to support individuals and couples, 18 years or older, in building healthy relationships with themselves and their communities. She works with people from all backgrounds, including those who identify as LGBTQIA+, as well as couples in all relationship orientations. Cara uses modalities such as attachment theory, emotionally focused therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy to help clients build trust in their ability to navigate life and its complexities.
