Gretchen uses humanistic, person centered and eclectic approaches including EMDR, EFT and Narrative/Existential therapies aimed at addressing trauma throughout the life span, impacts of life transitions, anxiety/depression, psychosis/bipolar, identity/phase of life stressors, parentification and neurodivergence. Grethen enjoys working with the LGBTQIA+ community, people exploring alternative lifestyles (including kink, sex work and nonmonogomous/polyamorous exploration) as well as non-dominant and dominant culture folks on a variety of issues.

Associate Clinician - North Tabor

Emily uses trauma-informed, humanistic, and play therapy approaches including narrative, attachment theory, and emotionally-focused therapy modalities. Emily aims at supporting clients ages 7+ that may have a history of trauma including sexual trauma, are experiencing anxiety, depression, needing parenting and/or caregiving support, family conflict, and other interpersonal needs.

Associate Clinician - North Tabor

Brian uses a humanistic, person-centered approach utilizing primarily ACT, CBT, and DBT modalities while also integrating components of narrative and attachment therapies. At this time, Brian is primarily working with clients age 16+ experiencing anxiety, depression, climate change anxiety, people pleasing, highly sensitive people, and people experiencing a variety of life transitions. Brian prioritizes creating an authentic and non-judgmental space for people of diverse backgrounds to be able to bring their full self.

Paul uses a psychodynamic, eclectic, and humanistic approach including DBT, CBT, and ERP therapies aimed at treating stress management, life transitions, self esteem, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and OCD. Paul loves working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community as well as non-dominant and dominant culture folks on a variety of issues.

Associate Clinician - North Tabor

CJ uses trauma-informed, person-centered and somatic approaches including mindfulness and DBT, Narrative and collaborative solution-focused interventions during sessions. CJ prioritizes working with BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ folk as well as individuals who identify as HSP, neurodivergent and fellow adoptees. CJ works with individuals from 10 years of age to adults in mid life as well as families. CJ can support and treat anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, grief, sexuality exploration and gender identity affirming care.

Licensed Clinician - North Tabor

Olivia takes an eclectic approach, drawing from humanistic, psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioral modalities, and integrates art therapy as an optional tool. She uses ACT, DBT, CBT, and other techniques, focusing on a strengths-based and compassion-driven approach. Olivia primarily works with clients exploring their identity, particularly those who are highly sensitive, navigating codependency, or experiencing creative blocks, grief, or life transitions. She also supports individuals affected by sexual abuse, domestic violence, or intimate partner violence, and fosters a collaborative, non-judgmental, and compassionate space for exploration.

Licensed Clinician - North Tabor

Emma uses a trauma-centered approach including a variety of techniques including person-centered, TF-CBT, mindfulness, EMDR, and strengths-based techniques in order to provide a safe, affirming, and supportive environment for clients. Emma works with clientele including youth, adolescents, families, and young adults. Emma is kind and understanding while providing guidance and is passionate about connecting each of her client's with their inner strength and resilience.
