What to Expect:
Getting started at Sprout is simple. The first step is a free phone screening with our Intake Coordinator. This short call helps us figure out whether we're a good fit for what you need - and what the right next step looks like. We'll talk through your availability, insurance, what kind of support you're looking for, and the level of care that fits.
When you request a time for us to call you, you'll answer a few quick questions and tell us what insurance you plan to use. Once your appointment time is confirmed, we’ll send a small set of surveys about what you’re experiencing for you to complete prior to your call.
This screening is not therapy and does not establish care with Sprout Therapy PDX. Participation in the screening does not guarantee availability of services, though most clients will be matched with a clinician during or shortly after the screening. Internal Referrals
During the call, we’ll talk about what kind of support might be most helpful for you.
For some clients, this may include therapy alone; for others, it may involve coordinated care with additional providers such as medication management, case management, or peer support.
Participation in any of our services is always optional and based on your needs, preferences, and availability.
Important Care Limitations
Sprout Therapy PDX is an outpatient mental health clinic. We are not able to provide:
Crisis intervention or emergency services
24-hour support between sessions
Ongoing care for individuals requiring a higher level of care than we offer
If we’re not the best fit for you, our Intake Coordinator will provide your referrals to other resources we trust for your care. If you need a higher level of care, we welcome you to come back after you conclude those services.

Billing and Insurance Information
There is no charge to you for the screening call.
If you are covered by the Oregon Health Plan (OHP/Medicaid), OHP may be billed for this screening service. Information shared during the screening will be documented in your clinical record and protected under applicable privacy laws.
