Our North Portland office is located off N Lombard Street, close to University of Portland in the Portsmouth neighborhood. Located in a renovated old church building, this office is lit beautifully with natural light and features a wonderful space to host groups, community events, workshops, and other activities.

Associate Clinician - St Johns

Rachel uses a trauma-informed, client-centered, eclectic approach including Internal Family Systems, Narrative and Cognitive Behavioral therapies to support people through anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and a breadth of family and intimate relationship needs. Rachel enjoys working with young adults, parents, sex workers and dancers, and with members of the LGBTQIA+ community as well as non-dominant and dominant culture folks on a variety of issues.

Licensed Clinician - St Johns

Johanna uses humanistic, experiential and trauma-informed therapy approaches including emotion focused (EFT), dialectical behavioral (DBT), internal family systems (IFS), polyvagal and narrative therapy interventions to support adults 18+ exploring the impacts of neurodivergence, navigating late diagnoses of Autism and ADHD, improving attention/focus, emotion regulation, distress tolerance and executive functioning, processing trauma histories, exploring identity/phase of life issues and sexuality/kink/polyamory/nonmonogamy and increasing self-esteem . Johanna enjoys working with LGBTQIA+, dominant and non-dominant cultures and Neurodivergent adults on a variety of issues. Johanna values humor, psychoeducation and authenticity within the therapeutic space.

Licensed Clinician - St Johns

Sadie uses an eclectic, trauma-informed, and relationally-based approach with clients of varying identities, cultures, and presenting problems. At this time, she primarily supports clients age 17+ experiencing life transitions, anxiety, mood dysregulation, relational challenges, and reconciliation of past and present trauma. Sadie prioritizes creating a therapeutic space that honors genuine presence and authenticity, which she both models and encourages from her clients.
