At Sprout Therapy PDX, you’ll be part of a mission-driven team making high-quality, inclusive mental health care accessible to all. We are a queer-founded, queer-led practice, and our work is shaped by lived experience and a deep understanding of how systems of oppression, marginalization, and inequity impact both clients and clinicians. As a site licensed by the State of Oregon with a Certificate of Approval (COA) and a contracted provider with nearly every Oregon Health Plan (OHP) CCO, we serve a diverse client community while fostering a collaborative, values-driven workplace.

Our clinicians practice within a collaborative, team-based model that may include therapists, prescribers, peer support specialists, and case managers. This approach allows each provider to work within their scope and strengths while offering clients more integrated, culturally responsive care. Team-based collaboration supports sustainable clinical work, shared responsibility, and better outcomes for the communities we serve — particularly LGBTQ+ clients and others navigating intersecting forms of oppression.

If you’re passionate about meaningful work in a supportive, flexible environment — and committed to practicing with cultural humility, curiosity, and accountability — we’d love to meet you.

Our Core Values

We live these values every day — and look for teammates who bring them to life:

  • Strong clinical minds who work with skill, independence, and integrity, free from the burnout common in dysfunctional systems.

  • Energy, authenticity, and commitment to the life-changing work we do.

  • Respect for diverse lived experiences and an understanding of how systems shape individual needs.

  • Warmth, unconditional positive regard, and the ability to adapt as our practice grows.
