Sprout Therapy PDX is a values-aligned, inclusive mental health practice serving individuals, adults, teens, kids, couples, and families of any kind across Oregon. Queer-founded and queer-led, we are intentionally designed to center LGBTQ+ communities and others navigating intersecting forms of marginalization, while welcoming clients of all identities. We accept Oregon Health Plan (OHP/Medicaid) as our accessibility pathway, making quality mental health care available regardless of income. Once we have validated our Medicare billing workflow with current clients, we will open broader Medicare scheduling. Our self-pay rates remain below $200 per session, which is affordable for the Portland metro area. ### Out-of-Network Clients with insurance plans we are not in-network with can receive a monthly superbill (auto-generated through the client portal) to submit to their insurance for potential reimbursement of out-of-network benefits. Attend a brief screening call with our Intake Coordinator (no cost, not therapy) 4. If we're a good fit, you're matched with a clinician for a full intake assessment 5. Ongoing therapy begins The screening call helps us confirm fit, verify insurance, and identify the right clinician — it does not establish care. ## What We Do Not Provide To help match clients with the right level of care, we want to be clear about what falls outside our scope.
