glynnis’ story

Hi, I’m Glynnis (she/her). I’m drawn to this work because I believe healing happens in relationship and that our personal growth is inseparable from collective liberation. In therapy, I offer a space that is relational, collaborative, and grounded in the body—supporting you as you explore who you are, what you’ve carried, and what you’re ready to move toward.

I work with trauma, anxiety, OCD, identity exploration, survivors, parents, youth, LGBTQIA+ clients, sex workers, and those navigating multicultural identities. My approach integrates attachment work, somatic practices, and evidence-based care, always centering shared power, curiosity, and the wisdom already held within you.

I hold an MSW from Portland State University, where I focused on trauma, identity, integrated behavioral health, and challenging the medical model of mental health through systemic analysis. I also hold a B.A. in Liberal Studies with minors in Applied Linguistics and Spanish. My background in massage therapy, yoga, and birthwork deepens my trust in the body’s wisdom, and I aim to help you return to yourself with clearer boundaries, steadier grounding, and a deeper sense of connection.

Outside the therapy room, you can often find me lingering near bodies of water, haunting local record shops, dancing, or tending to my garden.
